He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Johnson (Amy) of Dallas, TX, Kevin Johnson (Carmen) of Ramona, CA and Christie Lucas (Jeffery) of Princeton, IL.; his grandchildren, Riley, Maddie, Matt, Dylan and Maya; his brother Phil Johnson (Jane); his cousin Sherri Mancusi (Bob); and his nieces, Sarah and Hilary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for charitable distribution.
