He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Perry Noble; his wife Roxana Noble (Sapp); his children, Angela Noble, Julia Duncan (Chris) and Perry Noble (Heather); his grandchildren, Ali, Kyle, Colton, Cailynn, Daniel and Jessica; and his sister Pam Clementz. He was also cherished by several nieces & nephews, many dear cousins & friends.
