She was predeceased by: her mothers, Lea H. Doran and Amy H. Doran (Gaffield); her husband Max Judy (Max); and her siblings, Robert Doran and Marjorie Wolfe (Doran).
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Judy (Sue) of Peru and Steven Judy (Miranda) of Chillicothe, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Hazard (Charlie) of Peru, Cassandra Johnson (Charles), Collin Judy (Chelsey) of Chillicothe and Keaton Judy of St. Paul, Minnesota. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Second Story Teen Center, reflecting Ruby's lifelong commitment to nurturing and guiding young lives.
