She was predeceased by : her parents, James Skaggs and Beulah Skaggs (Burba); and her brother Randy Skaggs. She is survived by : her children, J. D. Rutledge (Melissa) of Princeton, Justin Rutledge (Stephanie Shofner) of Princeton and Katie Hebl of Princeton; her grandchildren, Emily, Collin, Ella, Sophie, Sylvie, Sadie Rutledge, Jaden, Bentley Williams, Haley Shofner, James Erwin and Zane Britton; and her sister Belinda Klein of Cherry.
