With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verden Baumgartner of Princeton, Illinois, born in Walnut, Illinois, who passed away on September 10, 2023 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Verden Baumgartner to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Baumgartner and Esther Baumgartner (King); and his brothers, Kenneth and Les. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Baumgartner of Princeton; his daughters, Shelly Grabill (Jeff), Deanne Andersen (Leslie Shaw) and Sheila Nielsen (Brent Nielsen); his sister Jane Harris; his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Grabill, Erica Bertelli (Matt), Jarron Andersen, Alex Nielsen, Drake Nielsen and Lauren Nielsen; and his great grandchildren, William Bertelli and Isabella Bertelli. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
