It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Joseph Hicks of Princeton, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Margo Grotti of Princeton; his children, Courtney Hicks (Princeton), Leslie Grotti (Princeton), Brandi Cornwell (Freeport), Kayla Schmeze (Freeport) and Eric Morris (Princeton); his grandchildren, Brooklyn (Princeton), Ava Kaylee (Freeport), Zoie (Freeport) and Nathan (Freeport); his siblings, James (Kim Vick), Daniel (Sara), Jennifer (Mark) and Roberts of Schullsburg, WI; his nieces and nephews, Kurtis, Stephen, Zach (Brooke), James, Stephanie (Tyler), Olivia and Alyssa; and also Pam (Warren).
