It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Michael Pearson of Princeville, Illinois, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. As James Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James Michael leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Pearson and Ruth E. Pearson-Conn (Stone). He is survived by: his children, Eryn Pearson of Elmwood, Katelyn Aydin (Hakan) and Rylie Pearson of Princeville; his siblings, Tom Pearson (Diane) of Toulon and Kathy Wilson (David) of Chillicothe; and also Colleen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or the National Parks Conservation Association.
