He was predeceased by : his parents, Drell E. Kuntz and Hazel I. Kuntz (Bartley); his wife Norma J. Neuendorf; and his daughter Kelly Michelle Kuntz. He is survived by : his daughters, Jennifer Reay (Charles, Jr.) of Princeville and Holly Kuntz of Dunlap; his granddaughters, Jessica Reay, Kathleen Ulm (Joshua) and Sarah Reay; his great grandchild Zoey; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Anderson and Larry Neuendorf (Ruth). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
