He was predeceased by: his father William "Corky" Pheiffer; his grandparents, William and Gertrude Pheiffer (McMeekan); his father-in-law Bob Peterson; his grandfather John "Jack" McGinn; his wife Amy; his mother Coleen Pheiffer of Princeville; his sisters, Maureen Knight (Tyler) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Jobie Thurin (Pete) of South Bend, IN and Natalie Conway of Overland Park, KS; his grandmother Rena McGinn; his mothers-in-law, Judy Larson (Tom) of Chillicothe, IL and Val Peterson of Oglesby, IL; his aunt Kathy King (Bob) of Hopewell, IL; and his uncles, Kevin (Michele) of Orlando, FL, Don Pheiffer (Terry) of Wyoming and Barry Pheiffer (Cindy) of Wyoming.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Kendon Peterson (Amanda), Riley Peterson of Oglesby, IL and Stephanie Ashworth of West Chester, OH.; and his nieces and nephews, Brynlee and Brayden.
