Sage of Prophetstown, Illinois, born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on May 17, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Carlson and Barbara Joan Carlson (Callahan); her stepmother Mary Carlson; and her sisters, Sheila Schipper and Beth Ballard.
She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sons, Chad Ballard and Dustin Ballard (Christin) of Muscatine, IA; her stepson Joe Sage (Lisa) of Morrison, IL; her sisters, Robyn Moresi (Jay) of Deer Grove, IL and Karen Heyvaert (Jeff Bos) of Morrison, IL; and her stepsiblings, Shari Baker of Sterling, IL, Dawn Storey (Doug) of Texas and Brad Pyse (Jolene) of Rock Falls, IL.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
A memorial has been established to Prophetstown Elementary School.
