He is survived by: his children, Terry Lewis (Dennis) of Camdenton, MO, Tom Frederick of Prophetstown, IL and Tammy Zigler (Dwayne) of Sterling, IL; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Huber (Brandon), Rachel Webb (Tim), Zachary Zigler, Joshua Zigler and Colton Zigler (Kimberly); and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
