The passing of Larry T. Frederick of Prophetstown, Illinois leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas James and Dorothy Marie Frederick (Diephuis); his wife JoAnn; his grandson Jacob Lewis; and his brother Lonny Chandler.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Lewis (Dennis) of Camdenton, MO, Tom Frederick of Prophetstown, IL and Tammy Zigler (Dwayne) of Sterling, IL; his grandchildren, Ashliegh Huber (Brandon), Rachel Webb (Tim), Zachary Zigler, Joshua Zigler and Colton Zigler (Kimberly); and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prophetstown United Methodist Church (200 Elm St, Prophetstown, IL 61277). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
