He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carlyle Sandrock and Audrey Sandrock (Ackland); his wife Kathy; his sons, Marcus Sandrock of Prophetstown, IL and Brian Sandrock (Elizabeth) of Altamonte Springs, FL; his siblings, Christine Johnson (Douglas) of Mahomet, IL, Duane Sandrock (Ann) of Lake City, FL and Steven Sandrock (Jen) of Morrison, IL; and his aunts, LaVonne Duling (Jack) and Sherry Sandrock. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials to the Rock River Christian Center and the Prophetstown Fire Protection District have been established.
