He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Collar and LouVella Collar; and his brother Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Deborah Larkowski, Chris Jr. (Kim) and Michael (Amy); his grandchildren, Megan Smith (Ross), Paige (Chris Anthony), Hallie Page (Adam), Madison Larkowski, Morgan, Jacob, Zachary, Brent, Grace and Faith Collar; his great grandchildren, Parker and Baby Page; and his sister Carolyn Oates (Lynn). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chris's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
