He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Linda Soukup (Richard) of Arlington Heights, William Kudjer (Karen) of Downers Grove and James Kudjer (Dianna) of Schaumburg; his grandchildren, Jeff Soukup (Annalisa), John Soukup (Carrie), Kristin Orr-Depner (Nathaniel), Michael Soukup (Kristin), Melissa Hedinger (Brian), Derek Kudjer, Sean Kudjer (Heather) and Jamie Matej (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Liesl, Anderson Soukup, Allie, Charles, Molly, Jack Soukup, Karina, Parker Soukup, Hailey, Skyler Orr-Depner, Kennedy and Lily Hedinger.
