He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy; his children, Ryan (Jaimie), Jeff (Gwen), Michael (Jeanine) and John (Angie); his grandchildren, Allison, Jake, Megan, T. J., George, Nicole, Noelle, Will, Teddy, Charlie, Frank, Ryann and Louie; his siblings, Mike (LeAnn) and Holly Reebie (late Walter); and his parents, George F., Sr. and Helen.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (1104 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025). A prayer was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Emily's Catholic Church (1400 E Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (9900 Gross Point Rd, Skokie, IL 60076).
