She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Cassell and Harold Cassell; and her husband John W. Hipelius, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hipelius (Amy) of Crystal Lake, IL and Kimberly Bartelt (Todd) of Prospect Heights, IL; her grandchildren, Sean, Lucas and Mackenzie; her sister Susan McQuade (Frank); and her brothers-in-law, Thomas Hipelius (Vivien) and James Hipelius. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
