She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. "Bud" Palm and Catherine M. Palm (O'Connor). She is survived by: her son Michael J. Hayes (Patricia M.) of Stamford, CT; her grandsons, Patrick Hayes (Kelly) and Brady M. Hayes; her son Matthew R. Hayes of LaGrange, GA.; and her siblings, Gerald Palm of Villa Park, Jane Marolda (Bob) of Littleton, CO, Joan Commare (Kevin) of Spring Grove, IL and Janet Monaco (Dominic) of Hoffman Estates.
