He is survived by: his wife Debbie Thurston; his children, Jerry Pat Thurston (Lisa), Joey Thurston (Buffy), Heath Thurston (Jenny) and Wendy Ice (Stacy); his stepchildren, Kelly Stoner (Jeff) and Brian Jones; his grandchildren, Rachel, Nathan, Andrew, Katie, Bryan, Kayla, Marley, Brody, Bailey and Breanna; his stepgrandchildren, Emily, Allie and Jaquan; and his siblings, Barabara Gilliam (Terry), Linda Ward, Bonnie Willis, Darrell Thurston (Linda) and Benny Thurston (Phyllis). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
