He is survived by : his wife Mary Jo Dappen of Lake Thunderbird; his children, Michael Dappen (Heidi) of Peru, IL., Scott Dappen (Becky) of Normal, IL. and Melissa Dappen of Chicago, IL; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Sophia and Ben Dappen.
