It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta (Bert) M. Tweedell of Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Duncan and Mary Frances Duncan (Meyer); her husband William A. Tweedell; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Miller and Kenneth Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Herman (Terence) of Quincy, Mark Tweedell of Quincy and Jeffrey Tweedell (Sharon) of Quincy.
