He is survived by: his children, Fred Witte (JoAnn) of Quincy and Wanda McNeil (Michael) of New Berlin, Wisconsin.; his wife Mary Ellis; his grandchildren, Adam McNeil (Katie), Dan McNeil (Claire), Matthew Witte (Allie), Hannah Cramsey (Connor) and Andrew Witte; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Evie, Laura, James McNeil and Calvin Cramsey.
