He is survived by: his parents, Alvin Deandra Brooks of Quincy and Claire Blake of Quincy; his grandparents, Robert Blake and Patricia Ann Brooks; his great-grandparents, Robert and Patricia Blake; and his aunt Courtney Blake. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins.
