She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus C. Damon and Edna A. Strange Damon; her husband James W. Homan; her daughter Mary Ann (Ronald Jansen); her siblings, Donald Damon and Rosemary Damon; her parents-in-law, Annie and Carroll Homan; her brother Gene; and her sisters-in-law, Bertie Emery and Janet Homan.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Lynn Homan (Peggy) of Ursa and James Mark Homan (Kristy) of Ursa; her siblings, Jeannie Thomas (Raymond) of Quincy, Sandra LaFoe (Larry) of Palmyra, MO, Bill L. Damon of St. Charles, MO and Thomas Damon (Julie) of Quincy; and her siblings-in-law, Marie Damon of Quincy and Carroll Homan of Loraine, IL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home (1535 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
