Mayfield (Ashley) of Ursa; her brothers, Brian Lee Bradley (Emily) of Grapevine, TX, Michael Dean Bradley of Hannibal, MO and Lewis Allen Bradley of LaBelle; her grandchildren, Myles P. Mayfield of Ursa and Kennedy N. Mayfield of Ursa; her niece Lorin Reve Bradley Sayers of LaBelle; her nephews, Craig Russell of Quincy, Mason Adams of Quincy and Clayton Adams of Round Rock, TX; and her mother-in-law Betty Sue Mayfield of Quincy.
