We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2022, at the age of 73, Barbara E. Woodvine of Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Casper Carter and Catherine Carter (Disseler); her husband Roy E. Woodvine; her son Paige; her adoptive parent Hayley; her son Timothy Woodvine of Quincy; her brother William Carter Numerous; her stepsister Joyce Holtschlag; and her brother Fritz Carter. She was also cherished by Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
