He is survived by: his children, Jack Neill of Lancaster, Jennifer Combs (Ken) of Marshall, Virginia, Jeremy Neill of Grand Terrace and Janelle Marks (Bobby) of Maricopa; and his siblings, Lynn Priepot (Daryl) of Quincy, Melitta Neill of Quincy, Sandra Taber of Seattle and Francis Keith Neill of Elijay, Georgia.. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
