He was predeceased by: his brother Nolan Baker; and his grandparents, William "Bill" Baker Sr., Richard Miller and Vera Mae Purdy. He is survived by: his parents, Robert M. Miller of Quincy, IL and Janie Kay Harker (Baker) of Quincy, IL; his son Dylan Earl Baker; his grandmother Connie Baker (Jim Frazier) of Quincy, IL; and his sisters, April Maggart (Larry) of Quincy, IL and Abigail Sue Ann Harker (Shane Leech) of Quincy, IL. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
