He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Mangold and Thelma Mangold (Gross); his sister Marva Bartels; and his parents-in-law, Gerald Frese and Esther Frese.
He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Frese; and his daughter Molly Frese (Tyler).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Roman Catholic Cemetery Association of Quincy, Blessing Hospice, or donor's choice.
