He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Perry, Sr. and Clara "Elaine" Haskins (Adair); his nephew Alvie, Jr.; and his siblings, Jerry Haskins and Neysa Turpin.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy Lee Jackson; his sons, Christopher P. Haskins (Michelle) of Quincy, IL, Chad J. Haskins (Jenny) of Hannibal, MO and Charles E. (Stephanie) of Mendon, IL.; his grandchildren, Alexis (Jesse), Austin, Jordan, Megan, Mallory (Brock), Bailey (Austin), Cora, Elsie, Samuel and Ellis; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Jared Jr., Jordan Jr., Charlee, Brynn, Cheyenne, Aurora and Josie; his siblings, Marsha Bunge (Randy), Forrest Jr. Haskins (Teri) and Pam Noble; and his sister-in-law Linda Haskins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
