We are sad to announce that, on May 19, 2023, at the age of 93, Cecil Moore of Quincy, Illinois, born in Martinsburg, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Moore and Ella Arline Moore (Brown); and his sister Mildred Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Baker; his daughters, Teresa Cartmill of Quincy, IL, Diana Smith of Quincy, IL and Sherry Holder of Tampa, FL; and his sister Katherine Hoyt of Barry, IL.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Adams County Fair Association for Horse events.
