He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Jesse and Bessie Gladys Daly (White); his spouse Rilea JoAnn Stevens; his daughter Cindy Brasel; and his brother Richard Daly.

He is survived by: his children, James Patrick Daly of Mt. Sterling, Jon Michael Daly of Camden, Joseph Kelly Daly of Edina, Cathy Gena Knous of Beardstown, Cara Lynn Kramer of Quincy, Christy Anne McColez (Pat) of Quincy and Connie Sue Shireman of Winchester; and his siblings, Jerry Daly (Jackie) of Burlington, Judy Houser (Richard) of Rushville and Mary Shenaut of Knoxville. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in memory of Charlie are suggested to the Huntington's Disease Society of America or to the charity of the donor's choice.
