He is survived by: his parents, Charles Harbourn Sr. of Quincy, IL and Mary Tarleton Harbourn Thompson of Hannibal, MO; his sister Karen Lawzano (Michael) of New London, MO; his niece Lindsey Caldwell (Frederick) of Hannibal, MO; and his nephews, Justin Lawzano (Crystal) of Ashland, MO and Ryan Lawzano (Jenny) of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
