Charles Robert McMullen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Robert McMullen of Quincy, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel McMullen; and his brother-in-law William Meyer. He is survived by: his significant other Sherene "Shari" Louise Rueter; his daughters, Terri Spegal (Robert) of Clarksville, TN and Laraine "Lori" Williams (Arlin) of Spaulding, IL.; and his sister Charlotte Meyer of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
