She was predeceased by: her father James Smith; her grandparents, Bernice, Glenn Warning, Betty Smith and Leonard Smith; and her aunt Paula Warning.

She is survived by: her mother Carla Warning Smith; her daughters, Chakya of Washington and Serenity Nation; her sisters, Charla Smith and Mieka Raymond; her nephews, Conner Smith, Caleb Schultz and Cameron Schultz; her uncle Kent Warning; and her aunts, Connie Oenning (Gene) and Karen Wiseman. She is also survived by other aunts and uncles and several cousins.
