She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Gudgel and Betty Lewton Gudgel; her son Robert "Robbie" Niffen, Jr.; her sister Janice Jackson; and her close friend Woody Kurtz.
She is survived by: her son Joseph L. Niffen of Quincy; her daughter-in-law Julie Niffen Burwinkel (Ray Burwinkel, Jr.); her grandchildren, Dawn Gamble (Jacob) of Quincy, Allison Niffen (David Marthaler) of Tennessee, Dana Boots (Cody) of Camp Point, Levi Niffen of Florida and Jacob Roberts of Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Gabby, Grayden Gamble, Caylin and Daisy Boots.
Memorials may be made to Akers Chapel Cemetery.
