He is survived by: his mother Cathy Miller Flick of Quincy; his sister Camber Flick of South Miami, FL; his aunt Connie Weinreich of Kansas City, MO; and his cousins, Mindy Freeman of Kansas City, MO, Matthew Weinreich (Kristina) of Kansas City, MO and Jack Gronewold (Jennifer) of Carthage, IL..
