He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford L. Plunk and Fern M. Plunk (Hoskins); his nephew Larry D. Howlett; and his stepdaughter Terri Smith. He is survived by: his wife Shelly G. Smith; his children, Brenda Martin (Richard) of Fowler, IL and Timothy E. Plunk (Laura) of Quincy; his stepchildren, Brad Dickson (Lois) of Quincy, Dwayne Zanger (Sarah) of Quincy and Teri Zanger (Jeff Courtois) of Quincy; his siblings, Bonnie Satterfield of Jefferson City, MO, Ronnie Plunk (Rosie), Donnie Plunk and Steve Plunk (Lu); and his pets, Sadie, Katy, Sissy and Misty.
