She was predeceased by: her parents, John Norfolk and Alice Houchins Norfolk; and her husband Carl Wayne Bernard. She is survived by: her children, Steve Jackson (Charity) of Branson, MO, Janet Bernard of Quincy, IL, Nannette Shaw (Michael) and Kristie Scranton (Josh) of Quincy, IL; and her siblings, Alice Niles (Russ) of Copperas Cove, TX, Kay Kindrick (Dan) of Copperas Cove, TX, Tammy Dandridge (Allan) of Frankford, MO, Patricia Thomas of Payson, IL and Donald Norfolk (Jean) of Quincy. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
