She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil H. Saylor and Neva G. McGlaughlin Saylor; her husband Rondal Gene Higgins; and her brother Carl Patrick Saylor. She is survived by: her children, Victoria McClain (Kent) of Quincy, Thomas Higgins (Lee Woodfin) of Solomons, MD, Tammy Phillips (Terry) of Parker, CO and Curtis Higgins (Renee) of Quincy; her grandchildren, Christopher Phillips (Lani), Carrie Buswell (Ronnie), Sarah Meehan (Brandon), Betsy Terwelp (Kevin), Michael Phillips, Brandon Phillips (Nichole), Grant Higgins and Gavin Higgins; her great grandchildren, Christopher Jr., Halia, Shawn, Ryan, Matthew Phillips, Monique Phillips, Maria Phillips, Micheal Sutton, Haven Phillips, Collin, Reese, Finley, Julia Meehan, Hannah, Hailey and Hunter Terwelp; and her siblings, Leslie Saylor (Mary) of Hampton, VA, Carmilitia Hempelman (Wayne) of Quincy, Joyce Gore of Clayton, IL and Donna Wilson of Quincy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
