He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Neuman and Carlene Neuman (Holtschlag); and his brother Mike Neuman. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Neuman of North Carolina and Danielle Neuman of Quincy; and his brother David Neuman of St. Louis, Missouri. He is also survived by many grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301).
