She is survived by: her husband Merle W. Jacobs; her daughter Jennifer J. Frank; her friend Darlene; her former husband Lowell Yates; her daughters, Pilar Brumbaugh (Tyler) and Pasha Yates; her former husband Randy Parrish; her children, Tim Parrish (Danielle), Amy Daniels (Clint) and Katie Parrish (David McDonald); her former husband Keith Frank; and her sons, Steve (Tara) and Matt Frank (Jessica).
