He was predeceased by: his son Cory Alan Baker; his grandparents, Merle "Bud", Arlie "Sis" Rowsey, Philip Gene and Helen Marie Baker; his uncles, Arthur Joe Rowsey, Donald Wayne Baker and Arlie James Rowsey; and his aunt Regina Gentry.

He is survived by: his parents, Jimmie Dean Baker and Terri Lynn Rowsey Baker; his fiancée Jennifer Baldwin of Quincy, IL; his children, Kale Dean Baker, Kaisley Darian Baker, T. J. Crabtree (Lauren), Isaiah Platt, Rylee Platt, Jacob Baldwin and Brittany Hunollt; his sisters, Jennifer Baker (Tracy Williams) and Monica Baker; his granddaughter Ashtyn Crabtree; and his friends, Kale, Cory Alan Baker and Keva Hunolt. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews.

Illinois COVID-19 guidelines will be followed, including requiring face masks, social distancing, and allowing no more than 50 guests in at a time.
