He is survived by: his sons, Devin L. Peters of Quincy, IL, Jarrett W. Peters of Portland, OR and Curtis R. Peters of Portand, OR; his brother Lowell Peters (Beverly) of Quincy; and his friends, Cindy and Kenny Smith. He is also survived by loving father to his sons.
