With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David F. Huseman of Quincy, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Menn (Gengenbacher) and James Menn; his brother Edmund L. Huseman; his in-laws, Junior and Marian Schutte; and his stepfather-in-law Lowell McGlaughlin.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Schutte; his children, Scott Huseman (Theresa), Randy Huseman (Tara), Michelle "Shelly" Reichert (David) and Chris Huseman (Julie); his grandchildren, Katie Huseman, Brandon Reichert (Lexi), Trevor Reichert, Kayla Hurt (Dana), Alexis Huseman, Parker Huseman, Emily Huseman, Elise Huseman, Elliott Huseman, Elijah Huseman, Eleanor Huseman and Evan Huseman; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Mia, Jayden, Damon, Nova and Noah; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Huseman, Leanne Hollensteiner (Dan) and Mike Schutte (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Peter (2600 Maine St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
