He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: David P. Neiswender, Sr. and Rita (Connelly) Neiswender; children: J. D. Neiswender (Angie), Kaitlyn Neiswender, and Sarah Neiswender; granddaughter: Bennett Neiswender; siblings: Steve Neiswender (Dawn), Mark Neiswender (Kim), and Randy Neiswender (Vicky); great-nephew: Brek Neiswender; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Sheridan Swim Team.
