He is survived by: his spouse LaVila Welsh; his sons, Steve Rowlands (Tish) of Quincy and Jim Rowlands of Collegeville, PA; his grandchildren, David Rowlands (Megan), Sarah Rowlands and Nikki Rowlands (Max Skolnick); and his great grandchildren, Noah and Lily Rowlands.
