He is survived by: his wife Diana Parsons; his sons, Ross Howell (Deana) and Josh Howell (Kathy); and his stepchildren, Joe Lollar, Tammy Mayes (Richard), Kim French (Dave), Julie Springett (Douglas) and Tara Bower (Chris). He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren.
