He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fischer and Marie Fischer (Mennel); his siblings, Sister Marilyn Fischer, Cynthia Fischer and Alan Fischer; his parents-in-law, Montgomery and Lela Dodd; and his brother-in-law George Caspermeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Mona Fischer (McGinnis); his siblings, Ronald Fischer (Jackie), Steve Fischer (Patty) and Judy Caspermeyer; his siblings-in-law, Mary Fischer, Lori Klauser, Dennis Dodd and John Johnson; his aunt Ellen Stockhecke; and his siblings' children, Jerome Fischer and Angie Klauser. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
