We are sad to announce that, on December 9, 2022, at the age of 56, Devin P. Neisen of Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Neisen and Nedra Neisen (Joiner); his daughter Angelique Devin Neisen of Fowler; his stepdaughters, Caley Legreid and Laurel Jones (Brian); his stepgrandchild Kressley; and his siblings, Jerry Neisen, Kurt Neisen Brad (Heather) and Dawn Neisen. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
