She is survived by: her children, David Summers of Macomb, IL, Dawn Summers of Windham, NH, Brian Summers, Sr. (Tina) of Middletown, IL and Katherine Courtois (Justin) of Quincy; her grandchildren, Leah Dibble, Brian Jr., Caitlyn Summers, Kimberly, Blaze, Zoey and Nevaeh Courtois; and her brothers, Joe Hamm of Quincy and Jerry Hamm (Shirley) of Clayton, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
